Gone are the days when wedding cakes are made of Fruit or Victoria sponge of course you can still have these as part of your cake if you wish.


If you are ordering a tiered cake why not have a different flavour on each tier to complement each other. All of our sponges contain 4 layers of delicious sponge and 3 layers of buttercream, conserve, ganache. feel free to choose flavours of your choice. Our cakes are made from scratch and only the finest ingredients are used. Whenever possible the conserves will be home made and the eggs from our local farm.


Our fruit cakes are made six months in advance so they have time to mature and slice perfectly. Luxury fruit cake made from plump vine fruits nuts cherries brandy or whisky covered in homemade Marzipan and covered in sugar paste.

  • Marble cake – A vanilla and chocolate ripple cake

All our cakes are enrobed in a Milk, Dark or white chocolate Ganache before icing for a truly decadent taste.

We are unique

Our personal approach means that you will always meet with Sue at a cake tasting and that she will be instrumental in making your wedding cake – from baking to decorating. This personal care ensures complete understanding of your day and design from concept through to delivery.


Please contact us at least six months beforehand if your wedding will take place between the months of May and September as these are our busiest times – we take a limited number of commissions to ensure our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
