These delectable gluten-free treats are available by the dozen or assembled into towers. They can also be packaged in small clear boxes as wedding favours.

Flavours change according to the season and since I only make macarons to order, I’m happy to come up with an original flavour especially for you. Colours too can be tailored to your requirements. Flavours I make regularly and enjoy include: Lemon, pistachio, salted caramel, raspberry, strawberry, lavender and Lemon, and I could go on.

A macaron tower makes a dramatic stand-alone wedding or birthday cake. Sizes vary and tower prices start at just over £100. The tower is often set on a shallow (2-3″) cake decorated with fondant icing and piped decoration, for the traditional Parisian look. The 10 tier macaron stand, holding about 200 to 230 macarons, is also available and can be set up with fewer tiers for smaller events. For a big event where extra height is needed, a tower of either type may be used as the top tier of a multi-tiered cake.

Please contact us at least six months beforehand if your wedding will take place between the months of May and September as these are our busiest times – we take a limited number of commissions to ensure our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
